Highway Cleanup

About this event

Ravenna Conservation Club has been one of the longest participants in Michigan's Adopt-A-Highway program.  We need members to help with commitment to keeping our section clean.  RCC has adopted two miles of M46 Apple Ave. from Slocum Rd. to Behler Rd. on both the North & South side.  Please help us by volunteering some time to picking up trash along the roadside and ditches.  Members can do this anytime of the year and bring the garbage back to the club to our dumpster.  The dates shown on the calendar are specified by the State of Michigan as to when they will provide highway side pick-up of the garbage bags.

Registering for this event is not specific to a day or time.  This can be completed at your leisure.

What we need to report to the State is our participation and production.  How many people participated?  And how many bags are garbage were collected?

Garbage bags and safety vests are available at the club.
